Definitions used in this Schedule
'Card Payment TrustLogo' means the service produced pursuant to the service described in this Schedule and
means the service provided by Comodo which is used to retrieve and verify TrustLogo Credentials by IdAuthority
Enabled Applications and Services and display certain information from the Card Payment TrustLogo
'IdAuthority Enabled Applications & Services' means the applications and services developed by Comodo and
its authorised development partners which utilise the Card Payment TrustLogo service
'Warranty Level' means the total value of insurance offered with this product and is displayed within the
Branded TrustLogo credentials popup windows accessed through the user's browser by hovering the mouse over, or
clicking the branded TrustLogo

The Subscription Service
Comodo shall, in accordance with the Charges paid by the Subscribers provide either or both of (a) the Card
Payment TrustLogo and (b) the Card Payment TrustLogo Service.

3
|
Scope of Use
|

3.1
|
The Subscriber may only use the Card Payment TrustLogo with the IdAuthority Enabled Applications &
Services and the Subscriber may only use the Card Payment TrustLogo for the purpose of identifying a website
or authenticating a URL through the use of IdAuthority Enabled Applications & Services.

3.2
|
The total value of any transaction entered into by the Subscriber whilst using the Subscription Service must
not exceed the Warranty Level.
|
|
3.3
|
Comodo's maximum liability to the Subscriber shall be limited to the Charges paid by the Subscriber under this
Agreement or the Warranty Level whichever is the greater.

4
|
Charges
|
|
4.1
|
The Charges for the Subscription Service are defined on the official website and during the on-line
registration.
|
|
4.2
|
The Charges set out at paragraph 4.1 above are exclusive of Value Added Tax or any other appropriate sales,
use tax or equivalent charge applicable in any country where the Subscription Services is provided. Such
applicable tax shall be notified to the Subscriber by Comodo and shall be payable by the Subscriber.

|
Card Payment TrustLogo Period
The Card Payment TrustLogo shall commence on the Issue Date and shall continue for the period specified by
the Subscriber in the Enrolment Form during on-line registration and paid for by the Subscriber in accordance
with the Charges set out at paragraph 4 above or until revocation of the Card Payment TrustLogo by Comodo in
accordance with the terms of this Agreement, whichever is earlier.

|
Subscriber Data
|

6.1
|
The Subscriber shall provide the following Subscriber Data: Company Name (SSD), Street address 1, Street
Address 2, PO Box, City (SSD), County/State (SSD), Postal/Zip code, Domain Name (SSD), Subscriber's Corporate
Logos, Account user name, Account password, Administrator contact details

6.2
|
The Subscriber shall optionaly provide: either or both separate billing contact and organisational contact
details, Authorised card payment acceptance methods (SSD):*(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club,
Discover and JCB), Proof of Authorisation for Card Payment Methods chosen to be included in the Card Payment
TrustLogo and an acknowledgement of Subscriber's consent to the terms of this Agreement. Items marked as SSD
will either be embedded into the Subscriber's IdAuthority Card Payment Credentials and all other data
referenced in paragraph 6.2 shall be made available to the Relying Party via the IdAuthority Service but will
not be contained within the Digital Certificate itself.

6.3
|
The Subscriber acknowledges that in order to provide the Subscription Services the Subscriber Data provided
by the Subscriber on the Enrolment Form during the on-line registration process may be held by Comodo and the
Subscriber hereby consents to the disclosure to third parties of such Subscriber Data held therein.
