AU Registration Applications
- WebAccess will process all new .au applications in a timely manner.
- If there is any problem with a new .au application, WebAccess will communicate directly with the applicant or their agent via email.
- During normal business hours WebAccess will generally respond to applications within 2 hours. This may not be possible from time to time as a result of work load or registry systems availability issues.
AU Renewals
- Quick and easy renewals with WebAccess online service. Instructions on how to renew will be provided on your renewal notification email.
- Renewing is ultimately the registrant's responsibility; if your contact email is not up to date you will not receive your renewal notifications. You have access via your secure client area to add additional email addresses that will receive domain renewal notifications.
- We recommend that all registrants keep track of the expiry dates for their domain names, and renew their domain names 90 days prior to expiry.
If you wish to update your contact details, or wish to check on your expiry date, you can do so at any time by logging in to your client profile on the www.webaccess.com.au web site and clicking on My Domains.
