This Fair Use Policy stipulates that you choose and use a hosting package which
is appropriate for your needs and actual usage.
If your hosting package is consistently
over the relevant set limits for a three(3) month period, your
package will be deemed inadequate for your usage.
- In the event that your package is deemed inadequate we will automatically either add the required add-ons to suit your usage,
or automatically upgrade your package to the most relevant package to suit your usage.
- If your hosting package usage is excessive and this change is necessary, then notification of overusage
and subsequent upgrade requirement will be provided to you, along with the option to discontinue your service
instead of upgrading to a more suitable package.
- Notification of overusage will be provided in a helpdesk ticket in your account, this will automatically
generate an email notification as all helpdesk tickets and responses do.
We will also endeavour to contact you via telephone or other means so that there is multiple methods
employed, however helpdesk tickets are the main method for all contact and for this reason it is your
responsibility to ensure you keep the contact email address(es) in your account up to date.
- It is also a requirement that you login to your account and check your usage and other details at least
once every three(3) months to ensure you are aware of any applicable overusage, in case spam filtering
systems or other reasons prevent you from receiving your helpdesk ticket overusage notifications.
